Extractions
If a tooth is badly broken, has a big cavity, or has severe gum disease, it may be necessary to extract the tooth. Most of the time this can be done easily in our office with a local anesthetic. After the tooth is removed, you will be given instructions on how to care for the area so that it will heal properly. Then, the doctors will discuss how best to replace the tooth, with an implant, a bridge, or a denture.
We continue to take advanced courses to enhance our professional abilities for the benefit of our patients. Our continuing education not only improves our understanding of dentistry, but also helps us to keep up with the latest techniques and best practices.
